Buckle up, because we’ve got an awesome original craft for you! With everyone getting into the spirit of holiday decorations and gift giving, what better way to join in than with handmade crafts? These adorable little baskets will be perfect on top of a tinseled mantle or to just hold some candy canes for a friend. You only need a few supplies for this one, lets go!

First, start by picking up some baskets from any thrift store or tag sale. We found ours for just 59 cents each! Then, let your imagination take you away with whatever color and pattern you’re feeling. We used some painter’s tape to get those really clean lines. When you finish your design and the paint dries, simply adorn your creation with a little bit of yarn. I am obsessed with yarn at the moment and all the vibrant colors.
