    My birdhouses all need sprucing up as well as my planters and rose pots. How can I keep my reputation as “The Flower Lady” is everything isn’t bright and beautiful in my yard? The neighbours always come over to see what I’ve got going and I have to admit to helping several of them use Plaid products to brighten up their spaces too a trailer court doesn’t have to be a dreary place to live. I have 5 birdhouses in my big birch tree in the front yard and they all need a re-do this year. I’m thinking about making them all look like little Hobbit homes. Yep! That’s it! And my bench that circles my tree too! And all my planters and rose pots need new paint. Outdoor works best bot a coating of Mod Podge keeps everything bright and the birds don’t mind the smell. If the sparrows and chickadees don’t like the smell of the paint, they won’t build nests in the houses. And if I hang a new one, they usually won’t use it until the second year. Guess it has todo with property values in bird banks…

    I love your picture frame ideas…I’m going to try some. My son has a bunch of little charms that he earned in gym class and I want to put them on a picture frame with the name of his school. I just have to decide what color to paint the frame. This giveaway might help! :)

    My husband makes fun of my love for acrylic paints like this. I am always browsing the paint aisle at Hobby Lobby to see what new colors are out there. My current craft project is painting canvases for our home. I have been finding new ways to decorate on a budget and Apple Barrel paints fit the bill perfectly!

    OMGeeeeeee I love love love paint….. I have been a painter since the early 80′s and have purchased Apple Barrel since then!!!!

    You can never have too much paint! I’m already a fan on fb. I usually use this type of paint to paint polymer clay pendants for necklaces – although I do a ton of other types of crafts too so it certainly wouldn’t be limited to that! :)

    EVERYTHING! We are a homeschool family and we use the Apple Barrel paints all the time… we make handprint/footprint art, we use it when we do crafts with paper, wood…pretty much everything! Love this product!
