The Winner of the Huge FolkArt Metallic Paint Giveaway is…
This week on Paint Me Plaid we are hosted a HUGE giveaway. One lucky Paint Me Plaid reader will win 10 FolkArt Metallic paint colors. This contest was very popular, and we received a lot of entries. Clearly people love metallic paint, and who wouldn’t? There are so many endless possibilities on what you can create. Also, with the holidays right around the corner, these colors would look great on Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas projects. Freelance Friday: Turn A Wine Bottle into an Etched Water Carafe
Happy Friday! Have any weekend plans? If you don’t, why not invite a bunch of friends over to catch up enjoy some beverages. The other day I found a very creative wine bottle idea. Check out these etched water carafe designed by Vivienne, from The V Spot. These bottles were created using FolkArt enamel paints. I have never seen anyone use these paints in this way. There are endless sayings and phrases you can put on these bottles. You can fill the wine bottles with whatever beverage you desire. Not only are these bottles great to bring out for a get together with friends, they would make wonderful wedding or housewarming gifts.
