Happy Friday! Have any weekend plans? If you don’t, why not invite a bunch of friends over to catch up enjoy some beverages. The other day I found a very creative wine bottle idea. Check out these etched water carafe designed by Vivienne, from The V Spot. These bottles were created using FolkArt enamel paints. I have never seen anyone use these paints in this way. There are endless sayings and phrases you can put on these bottles. You can fill the wine bottles with whatever beverage you desire. Not only are these bottles great to bring out for a get together with friends, they would make wonderful wedding or housewarming gifts. When it comes to decorating a birthday party, there are so many different themes you can choose from. One of our blogger friends Kristyn from, Lil Luna, recently threw a monster themed birthday party for her son. She made some fantastic decorations, including this monster bean bag throw. When I saw this project, I was so amazed with how creative she was with only a few supplies. Click here to learn how Kristyn made this awesome Monster bean bag throw, and to see more pictures from this adorable birthday party.
I have noticed several comments from some people new to crafting, inquiring about which surface should they use FolkArt Enamel paint on? This is a great question, and the answer is that FolkArt Enamel paint can be used on several different surfaces. But are created specifically for painting non-porous surfaces (any glass, metal, ceramic). I recently came across these great craft projects I found on Keep Calm and Craft, that shows several surfaces and projects created using FolkArt Enamel paint. Check out their blog to learn how to make these projects and more. To view all the colors FolkArt paint comes in click here.
