Month of Martha Giveaway. Enter Today! (Week # 3)

To celebrate the release of the new Martha Stewart craft line, available at Michaels nationwide now, we here at Plaid are hosting a giveaway. But this is not just any giveaway, this is a Month of Martha Giveaway. Every week for a month, we will hold a giveaway, that will have a different prize from the new line up for grabs. Every Monday at noon we will announce a new giveaway prize, and announce the winners of that week’s prize on Friday afternoon.  We are giving away this amazing prize pack to 2 lucky Paint Me Plaid blog readers. This week’s giveaway is going to be a prize pack filled with the following:

A bottle of gold or silver gilding

One pack of the mineral or the gemstone glitter transfer sheets

One pack of the metallic foil transfer sheets

A 3 color assortment of paint from the new paint line

Make It Monday: Baby Memory Box

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Welcome to the beginning of another fabulous week. Looking for an amazing baby keepsake box? Well look no further. Look what we found over at Chica and Jo. This adorable baby memory box is so cute. When I first saw this I was amazed. This box was created using many of the new products from the Martha Stewart craft line. The book shaped box was found at Michaels. This is a project that is fun to create, and it’s a necessity. Web Wednesday: Spider Web Plate

The countdown to Halloween has begun. Have you started crafting yet? If you haven’t and are still in need of some Halloween crafts to create, might we recommend this spider web plate. This project comes from our friend over at Crap I’ve Made. This project is very simple, yet a very creative Halloween craft. The spider web was created using the new glitter paint from the new Martha Stewart craft line, available in Michaels nationwide and Canada. Meet & Greet with Martha’s Team & Sweet Treats

Yesterday Plaid headquarters was buzzing with excitement, because the development team from Martha Stewart came for a visit. Our visitors were Alex Peruzzi – AVP Licensing, Crafts and Megen Lee – AVP Design Director, Holiday & Crafts. We held a meet and greet reception for them, and gave them a tour of our building.  During the reception we discovered that it was Megan’s birthday. He and Martha Stewart share the same birthday. How great is that! We were very excited to celebrate with them, the launch of the soon to be released Martha Stewart Craft Paint program, and their partnership with Plaid Enterprises. During the celebration we all were treated to these delicious cupcakes. These cupcakes were made by Gigi’s Cupcakes. They were specially designed to include the signature Martha Stewart blue, and were topped off with pearls made out of sugar.
