Wednesdays with Handmade Charlotte: 12 Mantel-Worthy Holiday Crafts for Kids

By Rachel Faucett of Handmade Charlotte

With the holidays just around the corner, I can’t help but think about fun crafts for the kiddos. Of course, this could be due to the fact that I have five children moving about the house that are always making something. The “something” doesn’t always make it to the mantel, if you know what I mean. It might be a hot-glued red fur ball with one eyeball, or some sort of slimy-but-not -sure-why pipe cleaner contraption.

Here are twelve drop-dead gorgeous DIY projects that will all but guarantee mantel-status for the kids this year. Happy crafting!
