New Mod Podge Products Giveaway

Attention! Attention! We here at Plaid have some exciting news to share. We have added some amazing new products to our Mod Podge line. These products are a mixture of new formulas, tools, and accessories. Several products were designed by the all star craft duo, Cathie and Steve. All summer long on Paint Me Plaid we will be introducing these new products, and we will be giving you the chance to win some of them. This week we are having a great giveaway featuring three of the new product. One lucky Paint Me Plaid reader will win 1 Mod Podge ® Dimensional Magic – Glitter Gold, 2 oz, 1Mod Podge ® Acrylic Shapes – Designer Shapes, and 1 Mod Podge ® 3 Piece Silicone Finger Caps. The winner will be announced this Friday June 8th. These new products and more are available now at your local Michaels craft store, and at Plaid online.

Mod Podge ® Dimensional Magic – Glitter Gold, 2 oz

Create faux mosaic, quilt and other textures with added dimension. Dries to a glittery gold finish, letting you add extra pizazz to your projects. Works with Mod Podge, acrylic paint, dyes, pigments and more. Stay put formula won’t sag or run. Perfect for jewelry, paper crafting and accenting home décor items.

Mod Podge ® Acrylic Shapes – Designer Shapes

Create your own charms with ready-to-decoupage acrylic shapes. Includes 6 pieces.

Use these little finger caps to press objects to your surface when you are using a hot glue gun. They’ll keep burns away and won’t leave finger prints in your decoupage glue. Best of all, Mod Podge washes right off, so you don’t have to worry about having messy caps.

Make It Monday: Daddy Caddy

Happy Monday crafters! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Father’s Day is almost here! A simple wood caddy, personalized for your dad makes a great gift. You can put a few new tools into it, or maybe Dad’s favorite snacks. The chalkboard front allows you to put a loving message, a “Honey Do” list (ahem), or even a reminder of when the game is on! Laura Bray designed and created this awesome and useful Father’s Day craft. This project is very simple to make, and it will take up to 2 hours to complete. See the supplies and instructions to create this project below. To see more projects by Laura check out her blog, Katydiddys.
