GIVEAWAY: The Plaid’s Pin It To Win It 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway begins at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on Monday, December 3rd, 2012 and ends at 12:00 a.m. (ET) on Friday, December 14, 2012 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Plaid Pin It To Win It 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway Pin It to Win It (“Giveaway”) consists of choosing a Pinterest board that is labeled “Christmas Craft Wish List” with selected Plaid Enterprises Craft products.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to lawful permanent U.S. residents of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are of the age of majority in their home state as of the start date of the Giveaway (“Entrants” and/or “Contestants”).;. The Giveaway is sponsored by Plaid Enterprises, 3225 Westech Drive, Norcross, GA 30092. Employees of Plaid Enterprises, and all other entities participating in the design, promotion, marketing, advertising, administration or fulfillment of this Giveaway and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED. During the Giveaway Period, follow the Plaid Enterprises Pinterest board at http://pinterest.com/plaidcrafts/. You will then create a Pinterest board on your Pinterest account and name it “Christmas Craft Wish List.” You will then go to http://www.shop.plaidonline.com and choose twelve (12) craft products that you would like to win. In the product Pinterest post, you will add #Plaidonline.com and #ChristmasCraftWishList in the Pinterest comment field. When you are done with your “Christmas Craft Wish List” Pinterest board, you will submit your Pinterest link by email to christmascraftwishlist@gmail.com. You must complete all of the steps above in order to be eligible to win. Persons discovered entering under several user names or otherwise attempting to receive more than one entry will be disqualified from the Giveaway. All entries submitted shall become the sole property of Giveaway Entities and will be neither acknowledged nor returned.
GIVEAWAY SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) selected entrant will be randomly selected to win the Prize based on compliance with the rules. The Winner will be announced on PaintMePlaid.com on December 17, 2012. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plaid reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, and the right to cancel the program in the event an insufficient number of quality entries are received. By accepting an award, the winner consents to the use of their name in promotional material and internet posting of their name, city and state without further compensation. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Selected winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days after selection if they have won the Prize. Entrants may only enter once over the course of the Giveaway Period. If you are the winner, you will be contacted by Plaid Enterprises to begin the process to claim your Prize. Plaid Enterprises reserves the right to require the winner to show verifiable proof of identity and entitlement to win, including proof of age and/or proof of address.
GIVEAWAY PRIZES: One (1) prize in the form of one (1) of each of the twelve (12) product items pinned to the winner’s Pinterest board named “Christmas Wish List” with #PlaidOnline.com and #ChristmasCraftWishList in the Pinterest comment field will be awarded (“Prize”). The prize will not exceed the maximum of twelve (12) items. Prize includes any applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges.. The maximum approximate retail value of the Prize is $500. No transfer, or cash or other substitution of prizes is allowed, except that Plaid Enterprises reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component of comparable or greater value. Prize will be delivered within three (3) to seven (7) business days after eligibility is confirmed and Plaid Enterprises has received back from the winner the required information needed to mail off the prize. Plaid Enterprises will not replace any lost or stolen prize once in the possession or control of the prize recipient.
